Products | Pyrolysis Plants

The word 'PYROLYSIS' is coined from Greek-derived elements pyro "fire" & lysis "seperating". Thermal cracking, or pyrolysis, involves the degradation of the polymeric materials by heating in the absence of oxygen. The process is usually conducted at the temperatures between 300-450oC & results in the formation of a carbonised char & a volatile fraction that may be seperated into condensable hydrocarbon oil & non-condensable high calorific value gas. The proportion of each fraction & their precise composition depends primarily on the nature of the plastic waste but also on process conditions.
We manufacture waste recycling plants to recycle waste plastic, tyre, biomass & other urban & forest waste. The description of various products & technologies are given below.

  •   Waste Plastic Pyrolysis Plant

We Oorja Systems & Consultants provide a indigenously designed and developed technologies for recycling of waste plastic & convert it to useful hydrocarbon which can be used as industrial fuel. We provide pyrolysis plants in the range of 1 TPD, 2 TPD and 5 TPD processing capacity per day.
The pyrolysis process is batch type conversion.
Duration of batch process – 6 to 8 Hours.
The unique features of the plant are except for start up process the non condensable hydrocarbon gas which is by product of the pyrolysis process is used as captive fuel to complete entire pyrolysis.

    Features :
    Sturdy construction
Material of construction - BQ steel or SS
    Extremely Cost-effective
    Very good profitable business
    Eco friendly

The typical yield of waste plastic catalytic pyrolysis are:
    A. Pyrolysis oil : 65 % – 80%
    B. Hydrocarbon gas: 25 % – 15 %
    C. Carbon Black : 10 % – 5 %

  •   Biomass Pyrolysis Plants

Biomass pyrolysis is the thermal decomposition of biomass occuring in the absence of oxygen. It is the fundamental chemical reaction that is the precursor of both the combustion & gasification processes & occurs naturally in the first two seconds. The products of biomass pyrolysis include biochar, bio-oil & gases including methane, hydrogen, carbon monoxide & carbon dioxide.
We offer biomass pyrolysis plants for extraction of biofuel from shells of different seeds like ground nut, almonds, and from rice husk, bamboo cuttings, etc. The char obtained from the process can be further processed and used as activated carbon in various chemical processes.

Material Loading Capacity 500-1500 kg, 1500-3000 kg

  •   E Waste Plastic Pyrolysis Plant

Simillar to waste plastic recycling through pyrolysis process, e-waste generated from discarded electronic components like desktop PCs, laptops, keyboards, monitors, PC mother boards, printers, discarded electrical & electronic industrial automation equipment, mobile phones etc. can be recycled through pyrolysis process to convert to useful hydrocarbon & metal can be recovered.
The typical yield of E-waste pyrolysis are:
    A. Pyrolysis oil: 55% - 65%.
    B. Hydrocarbon Gas: 25% - 15%.
    C. Carbon Black: 20% - 25%.
The unique feature of the plant are except for start up process the non condensable hydrocarbon gas which is by product of the pyrolysis process is used as captive fuel to complete entire pyrolysis.
